MilCheck is a free, open-access military pay calculator provided as-is for informational purposes. By using the site you agree to these terms.

Informational use only

MilCheck calculations are based on publicly available DoD pay tables, DTMO BAH/OHA rates, IRS Pub 15-T tax brackets, and other official sources. They are NOT a substitute for an official Leave and Earnings Statement (LES) or advice from a finance officer. We make no warranty of accuracy. Always verify your actual pay with DFAS and your servicing finance office.

No affiliation with DoD

MilCheck is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the U.S. Department of Defense, DFAS, DTMO, or any branch of the U.S. Armed Forces. All trademarks and service marks belong to their respective owners.

No user accounts

MilCheck does not require, create, or store user accounts. Calculator inputs are saved only in your browser's localStorage on your device. We do not transmit, log, or store any of your inputs server-side.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MilCheck and its operators are not liable for any loss, damage, or financial decision resulting from use of the site. Pay decisions should always be cross-checked with DFAS and your unit finance office.
